HEALTH JOURNEY
Still here. Still learning. Still making something useful.
This is a personal account of living with neurological symptoms, severe sleep disruption, and the daily work of rebuilding a life around changing capacity.

MAKE MEANING
MY STORY, IN MY OWN WORDS
An interview about living through it.
Watch the interview if you would rather hear the story directly. It adds context to the work without asking you to read a long explanation.
BODY
LIVED EXPERIENCE
The invisible work is still work.
Appointments, research, recovery, adapting routines, and finding words when thinking is difficult can consume an entire day. I share this honestly—not as medical advice, but so the experience is visible.
TOOLS
WHAT HELPS
Small tools can return a little agency.
Voice interfaces, accessible layouts, reliable notes, and systems that remember context are not conveniences to me. They are practical accommodations that let me keep participating.
HOPE
WHAT CONTINUES
The story is unfinished.
I am documenting what I learn, building what I wish existed, and leaving room for uncertainty. If that work helps one more person feel understood, it has value.
